Jan 2008 A Keles exhibited at Top Drawer Spring, Earls Court One, London, from 13-15th January. On show were the latest designs to arrive from our village in Turkey. Thank you to everyone who visited us at the show - it was a great success!

A Keles has started supplying brooches to the Unpackaged shop at 42, Amwell Street, London EC1: www.beunpackaged.com. The shop has been described by The Independent as: "the shop which has set out its stall to get rid of packaging."


May 2007 A Keles is shortly to be featured in Bead magazine, with a range of new jewellery made from A Keles needle lace. Look out for A Keles in the next issue of Bead.

A Keles has started supplying her range to the Annie Sherburne shop at the Oxo Tower, London. Other new stockists include Kangaroo, Lewes; Oaktree Crafts, Solihull; Buffy’s Beads, off Carnaby St, London, and Loop, Islington, London.

Feb 2007
A Keles exhibited at the Spring Fair and the Craft, Hobby & Stitch International show at NEC, Birmingham. Buyers came from as far afield as Japan and South Africa, meaning that the traditional Turkish needle lace is reaching a new audience around the world. One of the quotes from the show was: “This is the most beautiful and unusual product I’ve seen this year.”
